Cole Phelps

In Dusty’s story, “New Animal Life”, after Cole Phelps’s death from being swept away from the sewers’ rushing current, one of his daughters gave birth to a boy when they were older and name after him in his honor, along with their future grandchildren. The current Cole Phelps is Cole Phelps III who has the same resemblance of his ancestor. Like his ancestor, Cole Phelps III is a police detective in the Leo Angeles (NAL version of Los Angeles) Police Department. The department section he’s in is the Special Crimes Unit who concerned with every various cases, from traffics to vice, and capturing criminals from car thefts to serial murders. Cole Phelps III is an anthro dark tan furred mutt in his detective outfit.
