Nothing but the Fang

Barney Boar travels by equort-pulled, covered wagon to Cattlefornia to join in the 1848 Gold Rush and is ambushed by a diminutive, large-nosed, nasal-voiced, ever-so-polite Native Ameowicatan monkey with glasses, who wants to scalp the west-bound boar. Barney manages to elude the little monkey by ducking at appropriate times, donning a metal helmet, speedily equort-riding and canoeing. The monkey becomes caught in a koi net and canned in a factory. Barney arrives in Cattlefornia, to find the only gold that he can extract from a mine is the golden fang belonging to the monkey.
