History: Rayna Vile is the mother of Rapta Vile. She and her husband have a very rich heritage and spend most of their time spending money and making money. While they give everything Rapta wants, they don't spend time with her (often forgetting they have one). Despite this, Rapta takes advantage of this of buying anything she wants and be mean to people without worry that her parents will get her into trouble because they are too darn busy.
