Roegadyns

The Roegadyns from Final Fantasy XIV are still courageous and competitive yet tender. The often work as fishers, pirates, sailors, mercenaries, and such. They live near the ocean or in ships around the ocean. They are carnivores so they eat meat. They resemble the Rhedosaurus with fish-skin and whale underbelly. The spikes are replaced with a short fish spine, webbed reptile hands and Frill-like mane and hair.
