History: Lepelt Muster was an extremely rich corporate with the ability to 'literally' make money whenever he wants. With his large amount of money, he buys all the things he wants. When he meets Merva Minchik (aka Mighty Mink), he fell in love with her, and tried to smitten her to be his bride with all of his money. However, despite all the money and everything he has, Merva refuses her eternal love to her beloved husband, Martyn Mongus (aka Mighty Mongoose). Infuriated to learn that there are some things he cannot buy, Lepelt turns to a life of crime as The Potentate, using his money powers to rule the Earth and obtain everything, either financially or by force.
