History: Servantbot No. 3427 was a robot constructed by a robotic engineer to serve citizens. After he became sentient and disgruntled by the way he was being treated by his masters, Servantbot No. 3427 rebelled, murdered his owners, and destroyed all evidence that he had ever existed. He immediately began improving upon his design, quickly upgrading himself several times to become the Moguloid. Deeming all animals as the greatest threat to peace on Pow-Earth, he attempts to create a technological singularity by committing genocide against them. However, his plans get foiled by Mighty Mongoose and Mighty Mink. (More info later.)

History: Ratty Whiskers worked as a low-paid employee at a paint thinner factory. When one day, in an accident, Ratty fell into a vat of paint thinner, and was turned into a retro cartoon-like rat. Mentally scarred by this transformation, Ratty becomes the Lampoon, a dangerous retro cartoon-styled supervillain and crime organization leader. (More info later.)

History: Ev-Il is an international near-immortal eco-terrorist who believes that goodness is a sin to life on the planet. His extremist environmentalism has led him to seek the destruction of all that is good in the world. Although his origins remain unclear and shrouded in mystery, it is known that he lived for many centuries and he has sustained his life through usage of the Dark Pool. These centuries of experience have granted him the power of magic and darkness, allowing him to establish the Sinned Legion. History: Clara Redfur was obsessed with ancient history, so much that she stole an ancient spell book called the Tome of Mummuhotep in her own museum to read its contents. Upon opening the book, Mummuhotep's dark magic corrupted Clara's mind and bound her for eternity in mummification.
