History: Riley Flowers is Ramona Flowers' older brother and guardian. When Scott planned to propose Ramona's hand in marriage, Riley just "magically" appeared in Ramona's life after he went off and never been seen again for several years. In truth, Riley was running Turtlonto (NAL version of Toronto)'s biggest street crime organization, The Thirteen Unfortunates, a group of formerly good people who gone bad after certain bad fortunate events, until he unknowningly decides to drop out, much to their furious disapproval. Since he's Ramona's guardian, Scott has to get his approval for their marriage. Riley will accept Scott's proposal, if he manages to defeat his old gang for him to show how grown-up he can be to be Ramona's wife. Despite much of his chagrin, Scott accepts the deal and sets out on another crazy journey in fighting the Thirteen Unfortunates. (More info later.)
